Always wanted to know what lives in the North Sea? Join us on an adventure at Bloemendaal beach and experience an amazing afternoon or evening led by Gjalt that you will surely remember. Korvissen (shrimp fishing) is a special experience where you can learn in a fun and entertaining way about the animals that live along the coast and in the North Sea!

At the Pop up store, you will first receive more information about marine animals, weather conditions, and the approach. Together with the group, you will walk to the beach. After Gjalt's explanation, you will collectively pull a kornet (fishing net) through the surf, and then examine and even touch the catch. Maybe Gjalt will put a jellyfish on his tongue! He passionately explains what is in the net and shares his knowledge and love for the North Sea. With his infectious enthusiasm rooted in years of experience, Gjalt captivates everyone!

Suitable for ages 6 and older. Children under 12 years old can participate under the supervision of a parent/adult. Supervision means that the parent/adult also registers for the activity.
