Yang stands for movement, stretching the muscles and action in the body. This will always be a small part of a Yin-Yang yoga class. After the Yang we slowly descend into the Yin. Yin yoga is the opposite of hurried Western life. It is a yoga form where peace & softness are central. Physically, the poses in Yin yoga are aimed at strengthening and relaxing the connective tissue, joints and deeper muscles. The yoga classes are 16+.

SUMMER EVENING IN KENNEMERDUINEN During the summer evenings in July and August, there is plenty to experience in the Kennemerduinen. The birdsong swells just before the sunset, and most birds perch on the tops of bushes to show themselves. Hundreds of swallows hunt insects above the water, and waders and other water birds gather their food on the mudflats of the Vogelmeer. In short, there are plenty of reasons to experience birdwatching in the evening. In the last week of July and in August, we can even expect the first birds that are on their way back to their wintering grounds!
Registration is mandatory. If you are unable to join, please inform the reception as well.
